Event Venues

The Cowan Civic Center is a multi-purpose venue with over 100,000 sq ft of flexible event space.
The center features a 46,000 sq ft exhibition hall that is equipped with built in seating for over 2,600, overhead garage door entry points for easy load in and load out for events, separate loading dock and staging area.
The Theater will comfortably seat 675 people, including eight handicapped individuals.
It features state-of-the-art acoustical and lighting equipment, and large dressing and make-up rooms for the performers.
To make experience better for all those attending events in The Theater, the designers made sure every seat has an unrestricted view of the stage.
Three meeting rooms are available for individual use joint use. Each are separated by air walls with individual audio visual capabilities.
A full catering kitchen is available to rent for functions as well as full concessions.
The main Foyer features a two level view with sky lights and dramatic stair case.

The Mills Center is located in the fairground area at 650 Mills Drive.

There is 3,800 sq. ft. of actual floor space. It is equipped with an enclosed kitchen with a stove, grill, refrigerator and an ice machine. There is a PA System and stage upon request. Bathrooms and showers are available.

The Mills Center is used for: family reunions, dinners, pageants, meetings, weddings and receptions, craft shows, garage sales and various vendor shows.

There is 3675 square feet. Ceilings are 8’10” high. There is a kitchenette available with stove and refrigerator and ice machine. It is equipped with a PA System upon request but no stage. There is a fenced in playground, and also a gazebo that was donated by the Harke Family.

Like the Mills Center the Wallace Center is used for: family reunions, dinners, pageants, meetings, weddings and receptions, craft shows, garage sales and various vendor shows, but it is a little smaller.
