The Lebanon Poet Society, in cooperation with the Lebanon-Laclede County Library invites you to a very special event on Saturday, October 17 from 12:30pm-3:30pm.
Children grades 4-8 are invited to explore the wonderful world of poetry through engaging and creative activities during the Kids Fall Poetry Festival at the library!
Throughout the day, a series of round robin style activities will be led by a member of the society, including:
Poetry readings
Sensory box
Meter - rhythm - rhyming
Metaphor
Simile
AI use
Writing poems about fall
Light refreshments will be provided.
