Join our POUND instructor for an evening workout in the park! The sun will be down and the LED lights will be on for a fun night of rocking out! There will be drawings for Y swag. An event t-shirt is included!

What is POUND? It's a full body cardio workout that incorporates yoga and pilates inspired movements with strength training with the addition of weighted Ripstix.

When: Saturday, June 22, 8pm-10pm

Where: Boswell Park, Lebanon

Cost: $30 (includes t-shirt) Register by May 20th to be guaranteed a shirt.

Why: To raise funds for the Y's Annual Campaign, our financial assistance program for families looking for childcare, swim lessons, youth sports, memberships and more.
