Quick Pickles - July 27th - Summer abundance is upon us! Quick pickles are a fabulous way to preserve the harvest without the need for water bath or pressure canning. Quick pickles are typically refrigerated and can last up to 3 months. We'll share some of our favorite recipes with you using produce from Sun and Bloom Farms and other local farms. Bring a 6oz jar to make your own quick pickle to take home. $30 for the class.
